These are just perfect for Valentines Day! Easy to make and so cute! Here are the steps: 1. Open one of my Lollipop Wrappers included in the XOXO Valentine's Hybrid Treats Kit in your Photo Editing program. 2. Open a new document sized at 8 x 10 inches at 300 dpi.
