Mari Koegelenberg retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change
the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice.
It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.
Unless stated elsewhere, any amendments to this Terms of Use agreement will take
effect 10 business days from the time it is posted.

Copyright of all the graphic images created by Mari Koegelenberg for www.thedigichick.com,
including any sample images, are retained by the original creator of the layout/kit/CD.
The Digichick or Mari Koegelenberg,is not responsible for copyright violation.

HOW YOU CAN AN CANNOT USE THESE ITEMS

YOU MAY:
You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be
submitted to Scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit
to Mari Koegelenberg, and thedigichick.com with a link back to the site, including
any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect
to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.

YOU MAY NOT:
Use templates or premade pages for publication or call them your own works.
Please credit them as a template or premade page and provide the proper credit to
Mari Koegelenberg and The Digi Chick.

You may not use these items in any way as part or a resale layout or any other graphic
product without prior written consent. Not all projects will be granted permission.

You also may not to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or
material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

Limited Liability:
Mari Koegelenberg nor thedigichick shall not be held liable for any damages resulting
from the use of these items.
