My Pretties…
May 28, 2010 | Filed Under Scrapbooking
I have been totally obsessed lately with these gorgeous flowers. You can check out the tutorial HERE. Went to Michaels yesterday to buy a stack of pretty brads to make some more!
Here are some samples of flowers I have done…
I did not have a waterproof ink but I did use my distress inks in some examples and it does give a beautiful washed out/watercolor effect. Oh and the Glitter and Glimmer Mist!!! lol! Love shiny stuff! I hope you try this one out…it is super easy and so cute! I used the Basics 2 card of my Slice…the second five petal flower on the second set of flower shapes. HTH!

These flowers are gorgeous!!!!! Gotta pick up some cardstock and get cutting to make some too!
This makes me sad that I don’t have more flower punches! I think I only have one that’s very small… BUT I bet you can draw and cut some shapes out… that would be very unique! Hmm… I should try that.
Oh are you kidding me! Mari Koegelenberg has seen my blog?! Wow! Hi Mari, you’re only one of my favourite digi designers! Love your flowers
And yes Nicole, you can totally cut out your own flowers instead of using a punch. I did! The scrunching covers up any less than perfect cutting
Thank you so much! But I must say your flowers are just sooo gorgeous! Thank you for sharing!
