My Pretties…

May 28, 2010 | Filed Under Scrapbooking

I have been totally obsessed lately with these gorgeous flowers. You can check out the tutorial HERE. Went to Michaels yesterday to buy a stack of pretty brads to make some more! ;)

Here are some samples of flowers I have done…

I did not have a waterproof ink but I did use my distress inks in some examples and it does give a beautiful washed out/watercolor effect. Oh and the Glitter and Glimmer Mist!!! lol! Love shiny stuff! I hope you try this one out…it is super easy and so cute! I used the Basics 2 card of my Slice…the second five petal flower on the second set of flower shapes. HTH!

This makes me sad that I don’t have more flower punches! I think I only have one that’s very small… BUT I bet you can draw and cut some shapes out… that would be very unique! Hmm… I should try that. ;)

Oh are you kidding me! Mari Koegelenberg has seen my blog?! Wow! Hi Mari, you’re only one of my favourite digi designers! Love your flowers :)

And yes Nicole, you can totally cut out your own flowers instead of using a punch. I did! The scrunching covers up any less than perfect cutting ;)
