I was so inspired by the fabulous Melissa Wilson’s Valentine Wreath using a DIY Felt Flower Tutorial by Pamela Donnis. I just had to make it. I had some leftover fabric circles I used for my christmas gifts and this was just the perfect way to use it up. I used Organza, Satin and added a little pearl to finish these up.
