Project Life (17 to 23 Dec. 2011)

Slowly but surely I am catching up on my posts. Scrapping comes much easier to me than the actual blogging so please forgive me for taking forever on getting these up.

I was so excited about the Actions Wendyzine created and oh boy are they awesome! I had my page done in under 2 hours (yes that includes printing and cutting).

What I love about it…

What I don’t love…

That said it was so easy as making a new 8.5×11 canvas in photoshop and dragging all the different layers on it to print out and make this spread.

and I got a bit over ambitious with the next weeks pages…uhhm yes I totally over did it and did not adhere to the simple rules of Project Life…

Yes that is 6 pages for one week…uhm overdo much?

  • Love it Mari, can’t help with your printing questions I’m afraid (me and my printer are not friends…) but I can’t definitely sympathise on the many spreads per week thing. I’m doing some pages from last year too and I’m seeing some of the weeks go on and on and on – and I have much less journalling than I’m going to for this year (which is why I’m so excited about doing PL in ‘real time’.

  • I love it, Mari!! I just blogged my Week 1 and I agree that doing it hybrid is the easiest way! :)

It’s weird that the size is off… I don’t have the actions so I’m not sure, but perhaps you can go in and edit the size? Or contact Wendy..

Well, it is to be expected that Christmas week is a photo overload! :)

@Cristina I think I should…or yes the only alternative is just to resize them a bit before I print out…hmmm
