Simple but Beautiful Advent Calendar

I have gotten quite a few questions as to what ‘Activities’ I included…well to be honest this is our first year doing a little calendar like this (and so far my dd LOVES it! 
) but most of my inspiration came from this blog post by 24/7 Moms – 25 Days of Christmas

I found this adorable printable advent calendar on pinterest which led me to the Hybrid Chick website. Unfortunately the “Joy by Karla Dudley” and the “Advent Calendar Template” are not available when I click on them. Is there anyway for me to get these? I would really love to make one!
