Method One – Using your Styles in PS
Place your Stamp Layer in your current project/layout. Make sure the Stamp layer is active/highlighted in your layer palette.
Now Select the Layerstyles Icon.

The Default color is Red and it can be easily changed.
Select the Color Swatch and the Color Picker pops up.
Change your color either by using the eyedropper tool or entering your own value. I selected White (FFFFFF).
